This year’s program includes the Main Slate showcasing films from 22 countries, and a program including titles from celebrated auteurs, and features that wowed audiences at international festivals. Dora García, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Alice Rohrwacher, and Julian Schnabel will be among those presented. September 28 – October 14 at Film Society at Lincoln Center.

Nils Olav Boe
In Nils Olav Boe’s Photographic Constructions, landscapes draw the curtain aside to reveal limitless and timeless space, in grey tones. “If you take away the color, you take away a little of time.” On view at Shoot Gallery through October 27 2018.
La mia Roma is an ode to walking, to labor, and to what Emily Jacir describes as one of the great architectural wonders of Rome, featuring several recent works exhibited for the first time in the U.S. Through October 27, 2018 at Alexander and Bonin.
Frieze London 2018 features overs 160 of the world’s leading galleries presenting over 1,000 of today’s leading artists, with programs including Artist Award, Film, Live, Solo, Talks and Social Work. October 4 – 7, 2018 at Regent’s Park London.
Conceptual artist Eva Schlegel presenting Spaces at Kunsthalle Krems; Nils Olav Boe, whose Photographic Constructions are on view at Shoot Gallery; Emily Jacir, artist and filmmaker with La Mia Mappa at Alexander and Bonin; and reintroducing Stephen Shore and Nan Goldin, taking part in Frieze London, and Dora García, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Alice Rohrwacher, and Julian Schnabel among those presenting at the 56th New York Film Festival at Film Society Lincoln Center.
