Alice Lemarin has always been interested in images. Passionate about cinema, she made her first videos and had fun making short films before breaking her video camera. It is however this event, at the age of 16, that will allow her to discover her mother’s old camera. This discovery marks the beginning of her adventure in the world of still images. Fashion enthusiast, she was first inspired by the desire of taking pictures of her new clothes. Over time, she used things surrounding and had the chance not to look far the sublime decor that appears frequently in her pictures. Unable to work doing candid photo shots, she creates offbeat and surprising scenes giving a vintage style to all of her work.
