Born in Florence, Andrea began to be interested in photography at the age of 13 thanks to his photographer father. He attended the Art Institute and subsequently graduated in Architecture with top marks. He moved to Milan in 1994 where he began working for various magazines, Amica, Vogue Tessuti, Vogue Pelle, Glamour. He has signed many print campaigns since 1997, Fay, Terzani, Etro, Lierac, Phyto, collaborating with Io Donna, Elle Decor, Elle deco uk, Wallpaper. Andrea has published three books since 2005 along with exhibitions on architecture Views, Cardinal Points, Nootebook. He has exhibited in Italy, New York, and at various international fairs. With his commercial work he has signed a book for Lminam Atlas Book which takes him all over the globe. He has worked for Matteo Thun, Grapix, Fm, and has collaborated with studio Pepe on many of their services. Among his other works include a book for San Lorenzo Jacht, with subsequent exhibition at the Basel Art Fair, as well as campaigns for Barilla. A book on the Furstenberg Park for Skira is forthcoming along with an exhibition in Genoa on cities made up of recycled objects.
