ACT is a contest for creators, a meeting place between artists and the public, and a renowned performing arts fair that brings together programmers from all over the world. ACT Festival is also part of an international network of festivals that seeks to promote those artists who are just starting out. It forms this network together with BE Festival in Birmingham, ITs Festival in Amsterdam, SHORT Theater in Rome and MESS Festival in Sarajevo.
