Carola Allemandi independently discovered photography, focusing her research on formal synthesis, expressed with the use of black and white through digital and analogue techniques. Since 2019 she has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Italian galleries and museums. In 2021 she won the Zenato Academy Award for photography. She writes about photography for various magazines, mainly Doppiozero, and edits the editorial The Contact of the Eyes with Reality for Torino Magazine.
