Divario
Gallery Venue / Rome

Divario was born in 2019 from an idea by Filippo Tranquilli. It aims to investigate the complexity of reality and explore the multiplicity of the contemporary, in order to deliver an accurate image of the twenty-first century’s artistic experiences.

Divario is a venue where exhibitions and events, each of a different nature, are periodically hosted, showcasing painting, drawing, graphics, illustration, photography, sculpture, architecture and design. It is a cradle for sui generis art, free from market rules, generating extraordinary networks and aimed at promoting creativity in all its forms.

It welcomes artists and professionals from different fields and provides them with space, visibility, logistics, promotion and consultation for as long as they are its guests. The venue is unconventionally located. It overlooks Via Famagosta, in the Prati district of Rome, nestled among the typical hubs of everyday life: the copy shop, the herbalist and the neighborhood bar. Divario is open to the public, free from formal differences, and places no limit on artistic expression.
