Marija Mandic was born in 1990 in Novi Sad, Serbia. She finished her bachelor studies at the Academy of Art in Novi Sad on department of New Media Art. After graduating she moved to Czech Republic where she finished her master studies on department of Photography and Time-Based Media on the Faculty of Art and Design in Usti nad Labem, after which she enrolled in PhD studies of Visual Art. She is currently based in Novi Sad where she is working on new projects and running a small co-working space with two more friends. During the past few years she participated in numerous projects and exhibitions in Serbia and abroad.
