By submitting your work, you agree to the following:
You are the copyright owner of the materials you are submitting or you have the appropriate permission to publish. You acknowledge that the text and images do not contain any infringing, threatening, false, abusive, harassing, libelous or defamatory content and that they do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity, and your work does not include trademarks or copyrighted materials owned by third parties without permission or free use.
You agree that all submitted materials including images and text may be included on the Artpil website and reproduced therein as well as in other collatoral assets, whether cropped or edited for format or consistency, and used to conduct and promote Artpil and its activities, as in its promotional communication pieces such as brochures, posters, social media pages, articles and newsletters. We will not provide these materials to any outside entities with whom we have no direct collaboration.
You acknowledge that Artpil and its partners & associates assume no responsibility and are not liable for any text and image use or perceived misuse. You acknowledge that Artpil may at any time edit or re-edit the selection of images, edit or re-edit any text, or reverse any decision of publication if it deems that any of the terms or conditions have been compromised or that any information submitted contains inaccuracies, or simply for curatorial purposes.
Artpil recognizes that you retain full ownership of the copyright for all text and images that you have submitted. Should your work be published elsewhere afterwards, please be courteous and acknowledge its first appearance in Artpil.
Privacy & Cookies
This site does not gather nor share information with outside parties beyond its published contents.
Email subscriptions are handled through Sender and we will not share your information. If you are subscribed, you may opt out at anytime following the unsubscribe link in our communications.
This site is GDPR General Data Protection Regulation compliant and does not use third party cookies for any purpose outside of general traffic analysis.
