Submit a Profile
If you would like to propose a Profile (individual, group/organization or company) to be added to any of our categories, you may submit the following:
ARTISTS
Bio
Full Name, discipline + bio
Text document, 100-500 words. A link to an individual website is permitted but we generally do not publish email addresses, phone numbers, or links to social/community network sites.
Profile Photos
3 profile photos please; this will help us rotate the images and keep it dynamic; we generally do not favor plain logos. 500px wide minimum.
Portfolio
Approximately 30-50 images. This will allow us to curate the selections; minimum 1000px wide with any caption or copyright info as the names of the image files. Please, no watermarks or logos on the images. If you would like to suggest the sequence of images, you may begin the file names with the sequence 01, 02, etc.
Please use Vimeo/YouTube links for videos. If you elect to submit an independent video file, we will upload it to our public channel in order to embed.

ORGANIZATIONS
Description

Submit an Article
If you would like to submit an Article or an arts related piece (reviews, interviews, photo essays or series…), please submit a text document + photos (minimum 1000px wide including any caption or copyright info in the names of the image files).
Please submit a Profile along with your Article for the contributor profiles section of our site.

Submit an Announcement
If you would like to submit an announcement for an exhibition or event, a festival or publication, as well as for grants or awards and other artist opportunities, we accept press releases at mail@artpil.com.
Because of the increased demand, we have recently created a portal for Announcement Submissions. Intended for organizations who are able to access a minimum budget, the insertion orders submitted through the portal will be invoiced, but they will be treated with priority and have guaranteed publication along with increased visibility.
