In this project called Super Caddie, I wanted to study and exposed certain New Yorkers’ social situations through their different uses of the typically American shopping cart. This series aims to expose a complex problem deep within our society. Why is it that one of the biggest financial centers of the world should have so many residents limited to living with nothing but a shopping cart? An object specifically made for overconsumption is now being used by those with the least amount of material goods.
