Moncada, Spain, 2022
It visually narrates the cause of my accident, which is related to a horse, where I reflect on what happens when a part of ourselves is amputated? From my experience, although I have not lost my whole hand, I can say that you feel a loss of identity and you feel a terrible fear of showing your injured hand and exposing yourself in society. During the exchange of experiences in the performances I have always felt lucky that my handicap is visible, it seems to facilitate people’s empathy and helps to start the conversation.
