Yanitsa Genova is a photographer, born in 1994 and raised in Bulgaria. She loves to experiment, both in color and in black and white. She finds peace and quiet in photographing the still moments of everyday life. Her life passes in search of answers, reading and learning about the world.
Inspired by photographers and philosophers such as Henri Cartier-Bresson, Sebastiao Salgado, Vivian Maier, Michel de Montaigne, Kierkegaard and Umberto Eco. She questions the dogmas associated with “automated” photography and encourages slow art, contemplation, truth and the origins of our reality.
