City collective initiative powered by Photographic Social Vision Foundation that recognizes the social value of documentary photography and photojournalism. Thanks to an extensive program of exhibitions and activities, the Festival helps expand our knowledge about the world in which we live.

DOCfield Barcelona celebrates its fifth edition for 2017 reflecting on the subject of human mobility and the journey in its many forms. Its program includes nine exhibitions of the official section that make up the Ruta DOCfield, a central geographical axis that crosses Barcelona from Diagonal to Colón.

In addition, the festival offers guided tours, an extensive program expanded to 25 free exhibitions, adding up invited venues, open audiovisual screenings in the Nits DOCfield, urban content through DOCfield Carrer, DOCfield PRO, a working day for professionals, and the DOCfield Dummy Award Fundació Banc Sabadell.

    With the exhibition A Home for Something Unknown, Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (n.b.k.) and Haus am Lützowplatz present works by 27 international artists living in Berlin who were awarded the Berlin Senate 2023 visual arts work stipend.
